Return Eligibility & Free Return Service

keurigbestsale.com supports free return services for all eligible products. Customers can apply for product return within 60 days from the date of order receipt. All returned products must be kept in original unused condition, with complete original packaging, accessories and labels, ensuring that the products can be resold normally. We do not charge any return shipping fees or handling fees for eligible return applications.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and complete the inspection of the returned products and confirm that the products meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund procedure immediately. The entire refund processing period is 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of the refund will be slightly affected by the processing cycle of the customer's payment channel and bank institution.

Refund Exceptions

Products that are damaged due to personal use, improper storage, artificial damage or missing original packaging and accessories will not be eligible for full refunds. Customized products and special clearance products that are clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page are not included in the scope of return and refund services. Partial Refund Rules

For orders that require partial refund due to individual product problems, we will calculate the refund amount according to the unit price of the corresponding product in the order.
